I am a beginner in the gym. It has been 2 weeks that I have joined the gym. Actually I am thin and lean. My instructor has asked me to start consuming mass gainers. Shall I go for it? Isn't there a natural way out?

Harpinder all gym trainer pressurize for taking mass gainer..but its not safe our body..now you are only 21year old..so gain weight from high protein diet.take warm milk with honey twice a day before sleeping..take fruit juices and mixed nuts..continue your gym with rich protein diet not suppliments..
