I am 22 years old From few months I am feeling weakness, laziness etc. So I thought to eat protein powder for good health. Can you suggest me the proper diet or any medicine.

Do regular exercise for better health.Eat healthy foods.Eat lots of fruits,vegetables,unprocessed foods.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods as far as possible.Take fish,egg,lean meat,cottage cheese,peanut,peas,yogurt.Take nuts,seeds.Use healthy fat.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water.Use nutritional supplement or whey protein along with workout.Take adequate rest.This way you will feel energetic.
