I want build my body size my meals is not so heavy I went 2 gym a long period but I do not see any improve meant I use to smoke in a day 5 times I eat sweet supari 20 packet in day I do not understand I want to build up my size how many meals have to take in a days and time how to ignor when I thought about ciggrate.

You are so young, but your bad habits are stopping you from building your body size. Firstly eat heavy meals three times a day that is lunch dinner and breakfast. Never smoke again and stop eating sweet supari right away, its unhealthy. Eat cow ghee with your meals. Start eating 2 spoon tulsi juice everyday, and your quench to smoke will perish. Never eat tulsi either drink juice or keep in mouth and let it dissolve. Tulsi has mercury in it so chewing may break your teeth. Start jogging, yoga, cycling.
