64 year old male. Have foot pain problem very severe. Used to apply combination of pain relief sprays namelyrelispray nitron, volini max and omnigel double power spray. Have applied these sprays very frequently multiple times in a day and couldn't wash off also. Now have developed some infection on foot and yesterday had some pus also. I applied betadine ointment, after that rubbed with betadine lotion and wiped with cotton swapped dipped into savlon diluted water then dusted with clocip dusting powder. Today, the pus discharge is removed, but have irritated and inflamed skin. Now also redness and bit swollen on that area due to rubbing with towel. Please tell some remedy. Really worried about this.
