I am taking muktha vati to respond to bp issue since 7 days and I am 57 years old. My heart pressure (pulse rate) has come to be around 57 since 2 days. I had an ischemic stroke in oct. 2020. Prior to that I was on telma 40 (7 days ago). Please advice if the pulse rate is ok. I have been feeling tired with telma - nervous & muscle weakness.

Pulse rate below 60 is not normal. Cannot advice further as the mukthavati is ayurvedic medicine and I am not a specialist in it. You should take proper check up. Or just try stopping the medicine for few days. See if it resolves the issue.

Pulse rate and and blood pressure are two separate values. If you can get back with the values, it would be easier to provide an advice.
