Patient is 76 year old women having body tremors at night, dizziness, difficulty in breathing- no fever, oxygen level is ok, bp is fine too. She is a heart patient- had a bypass done 10 years back. Unable to sleep at night- she does not feel hungry- had one light meal in last 24 hours.
