I am 75 years old and had a cervical spinal cord operation 7 years ago. I am taking liofen20 mg daily twice, shelcal 500 mg once a day since then. Also taking olmezest20 once a day for high blood pressure. I can walk slowly but feel comfortable walking with the support of a walking stick. Will taking the covaxin have any side effects? Can I continue with the same dosage of medicines after taking the covaxin?

Yes you can definitely take covaxin as there is no documented interaction with any of the drugs you are taking. Also, there is no need to modify the dose of medication after vaccination.
