I am having pain in my left shoulder for last 6 months. Movement restrictions is not there. I can move the shoulder, but it pains. Taking painkiller/ applying gel ease the pain temporary. I am 50 years old with type 2 diabetic. Sugar range is between 160 - 190 pp. Taking istamet 50/500 tab, bd dose. Please suggest what to do. Sleeping on left side has become a problem.
