My daughter is 15 years old weight 40 kg. Many times in the middle of night while sleeping she feels heart beating fast and complains of uneasiness. Yesterday also it happened and we measured with oximeter with spo2 97 and heart beat fluctuated up to 135 to 138 from 115 starting. No caffeinated drinks, anxiety, stress and no fever is there on her. Besides during the day sometimes she complains of heaviness in head, dizziness and blur vision. What on an immediate basis we should do when heart beats faster beyond 100 to a max 138 beats per minute happening? What primary aid we should take to avoid this repetition?
