I have swollen gums and paining from last 4 to 5 days. After gargle with salt water I got relief but after sometimes it again start paining please suggest me.

If there is swelling in all over gum region and is not related to one or two tooth. Then it may be due to periodontal problem. Then full mouth scaling should be done otherwise get an iopa or xray done for that particular tooth.
