I'm 24 years old. I have retroverted uterus. I have severe dysmenorrhea. Up to age of 18 all was normal but after that condition worsens. Although I have regular periods. Pain stars 8-10 hours before start of menses. After 2-3 hours of starting of periods nausea and vomiting along with diarrhoea starts, followed by severe pain in abdomen, back pain, pressure on lower side, feeling very weak, feeling dehydrated, during this period I have to sit on toes, can't lie down, walk on bending posture, feel lethargic for two to three days, can't do normal life activities, extremities feel cold, sometime feels feverish. Acidity also occurs during periods. Menses persists for three days and all symptoms worsens with increase in flow. If I take painkiller like voveran flow becomes scanty and menses get stopped. Mild to moderate pain along with scanty flow persists for 2-3 days after taking pain killer (4-5 tablets after gap of 8 hours). Constipation persists for 3-4 days after periods. I have repeated ultrasound for three times but no symptoms of ovarian cysts or endometriosis were seen.
