My nephew is 4 years old his urine gets blood and his urine test report one of the result is reddish urine and another test said that no growth of aerobic pyogenic organism after 48 hrs of incubation of 37 c.

There many reasons of blood in children, two of the most common reasons are nephritic syndrome caused due to infection which occurs a few days after throat infection and kidney stones. Now, since the urine culture shows "no growth of aerobic organism" its less likely an infection. Please do a sonography of abdomen and pelvis to find out if there are any kidney stones. If sonography is also normal, then the bleeding might just be result of some trauma caused to the pelvic area.
