Hello doctor, I am jai and I am so thin, I always try to become fat and also take good food but there is no change in my health, I am having a weight 58 for last 3 years, I am getting so frustrate, please help me.

Do regular exercise specially muscle development exercise.eat food more often with extra amount of food.Take weight gainer supplement.Use dense fruits,vegetables.Eat more unrefined foods.Take cake,pastries,chocolate,ghee,cream,butter,cheese.Take more fish,egg,lean meat,mushroom,tofu,soy milk,soy product.Take nuts and seeds.Add extra healthy fat.Avoid smoking.No water before or during meals.Sleep for 7-8 hours.
