I get leg cramps and pain mainly in night and due to which I am getting restless sleep.

Exhaustion due to overwork and stress, Deficiency in Vitamins or Calcium and depletion of salt in the body due to Excessive sweating are common causes for your age. Take more rest in bed, Consume Lemon juice with extra salt and sugar and tender coconut. Try Vitamin capsules and Calcium tablets for about two weeks If no satisfactory relief see a consultant physician for investigations
