I am 25years old. But my but my body is not building and showing progress. What should I eat for body building?

Do follow these basic things.Regular exercise like push up.weight lifting and other muscle building exercise.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Take lots of fruits,vegetables,unprocessed foods.Eat fish like tuna and others,egg,lean meat,mushroom,tofu,soy milk,soybean,soy product.Take nuts and seeds.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,cola,soft drinks.Avoid smoking and alcohol.Drink lots of water and take proper rest.
