I am 22 year old girl. I took pcod pills from 2017-2018 and then joined gym leaving pills behind but then again during the location in 2020, I started taking pcod pills till February 2021. Then I stopped it and went to the gym and did cycling again. I was having hair fall even after that so I consulted my gynecologist and she told me to get my hormones tested and visit an endocrinologist. I got my hormones tested everything was normal except prolactin which was 60. I went to the doctor and he gave me another prolactin test peg after precipitation which came 110. So he then recommended me to do an MRI. But since again I have a lockdown now and everything's closed. My family doctor told me to continue my pcod pills as prolactin can also get high due to pcod. So I started taking regestrone cr 10 mg and normoz since last 3-4 days and after 2 days from starting the pills, I started having breast tenderness. I consulted an online doctor and he told me to have cabgolin 0.5 twice a week for 8 weeks as this breast tenderness generally happens for high prolactin and also can happen as a side effect to regestrone cr. What should I do? This breast tenderness is very discomforting. Please help, please.
