Hi. In the last week, I had mild body pains and I used paracetamol. Everything is fine. Now, I have very mild cough and running nose. But I lost smelling ability. I can taste food. I am undergoing 3 day course of azithromycin. I think due to anxiety feeling mild body pains. Can I take paracetamol. And is it covid thanks in advance.
