I always remain thinking about something and taking tension. I like loneliness also. I get irritated even on small things in family. Pls guide.

You need to hear some good music. If you can sing it would be much better. Try to do meditation at least 5 min before going to bed. Do morning walk regularly. Have a sound sleep of 8 hours daily. In the mean time do check your blood pressure and get back to me.
