Dear user, the most common cause of testicular pain is epididymitis (infection of the testicles) or torsion of testis. Both of which are emergency conditions and require immediate intervention. If you do not have an erection after the pain subsided, you should visit a doctor nearby and get an usg testes done. It will help in diagnosing if there is an infection or a torsion. Good luck. You can consult me for more doubts and medications regarding this by clicking on my photo and clicking on book appointment, however if you found my answer helpful, please leave a thanks /good feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.
