I have nasal polyps. Doing jal neeti and steam inhalation. Can I start with lemna 30 and anything with that. Also I put few drops of neck oil before coming to sleep. This polyps has come again after 12 years when I had removed it through surgery.

Dear glad to note that you do regular jai neti and steam inhalation. These are by by far the best ways to prevent recurrence of polyps. Unfortunately polyps always will tend to come back sometimes as early as a year or sometimes after many years as they have in your situation. Depending on the grade of the polyps (based on their their size and extent) in the early stage, you may be able to control them with steroid nasal spray but in late stages you may have to have revision surgery. There is evidence to show that using oils and other forms of decongestants in steam for inhalation can cause damage to the brain (only a thin perforated plate of bone separate's the nose from the brain) and not my recommendation for my patients. Plain steam is just as beneficial. If you are having difficulty to breathe, consult an ent surgeon for medical management for now and when the covid situation improves discuss the possibility of revision surgery. Best wishes.
