Hello doctor, i'm suffering from anosmia. I lost my smell completely and taste partially 2 weeks ago. I'm unable to smell anything. With this a very bad smell is coming in the nose like rotten eggs. I also searched myself about the problem. I think it is nasal popyls or congestion or inflammation in the nose. I don't have any other symptoms but only smell and taste loss. When can I get the smell back. I'm frightened hearing from people it takes longer time like weeks month's or even years. Currently i'm doing breathing exercises, inhalant capsule steaming, taking vitamins and kadha.
