Pcos. My areola gets puffed up sometimes just from one side of both the nipples and then gets back to normal by their own. I also get a little pain on upper breast and in the middle of breast sometimes. But on applying relief gel it gets better. Is this normal?

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. There are a number of things that can alter the appearance, shape, or texture of your nipple or areola. Sometimes these are quick and temporary changes, such as a reaction to touch or cold temperature. Hormonal fluctuations (e.g. During pregnancy) and even age can induce perfectly normal changes in the nipples as well. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
