I had lumber spondylosis and now in this lockdown I must have lifted something heavy and have classic sciatica pain with tingling sensation and sharp pain sometimes in hip and ankle, calf when I stand. When I lie down it eases out. My doctor has given me the following medicines etoshine 90 myotop 150 gabapin 100 once at night and rejunex I have been taking medicine for almost 5 days but pain is still there when I stand. I need a second opinion and want to know when will I be able to return to my regular schedule. I am tired of being on the bed. What can be done to relieve the pain.
