What is the symptoms of testicular cancer? I have noticed some small lump on my scrotum. It have no pain. What is the reason for this. It it this testicular cancer.

A sudden collection of fluid in the scrotum. Pain or discomfort in a testicle or the scrotum. Enlargement or tenderness of the breasts. Back pain. Kindly get a usg abdopelvis done and revert.
