For weight loss.. Eat less calory diet. Dont eat heavy food, fast food, junk food, fruit juices, cake, cold drinks, ice creams, rice, potatoes , dairy products, etc. Drink three litres of water in a day. Manage the stress. For weight loss products consult me.
