Hello. First of all let me tell you, having and wearing glasses is a very natural�� and normal condition. Other than that, I am sorry to say this but no kind of or amount of natural�� measures can help you get rid of -5 dioptre of myopia. Meanwhile, my advise to you- 1. Get your glasses checked at least 1 yearly 2. Get your retina checked every yearly (high powers can cause retinal damage, which if identified early can be treated with laser therapy) 3. You have to constantly keep wear glasses 4. If you really want to get rid of them, you can undergo refractive surgery (like lasik, prk, smile) hope this helps.
