Hello there? Hey I am 25 years old my weight is 45. I want if I start running in the morning will it will effect my weight I will loose my by running? Please someone answer me!

Hello. Running is good exercise to lose weight. Please eat protein rich food like meat milk eggs. Drink lots of water and fruit juices. Take proper rest. Include dry fruits like almonds dates in your diet to compensate weakness. Thanks.
