I have pcod ever since I have matured and used to have periods once in 6 months. From about 7 years my periods have totally stopped. I have been married for 2 years now and have been trying for a baby. I have tried 4 cycles of natural pregnancy through oi. But did not work. Tried one cycle of iui. No luck. My doctor suggested me for a laparoscopy surgery. Will it increase my chances of getting pregnant?
