I want to ask about protein supplements. My trainer told me to purchase protein. I want is it good for health or it has side effects.

If you are into body building, then it is ok to go in for protein shake. As you cannot take the desired levels of protein only through diet when doing weight training. But make sure you take desired levels of protein in entire day and also of a good brand from a genuine place as there is lot of duplicacy in this thing. Purchase directly from a genuine source than from your trainer as they have their margins in between. If you take protein in desired levels, it will not have any side effects.
