I am 55 years old and I am having bipolar disorder with medications for last 20 years. Now I am retired one year back. I am having following signs for the last 20 years too and I have not given importance. Now I found my systems in the past and now also. - the tendency to stare at others. - awkward social interactions - difficulty talking with others - an inability to interpret nonverbal behaviors in others I need to come out of these issues without medications. Can you share any cbt books or another solutions for the above.
