Hi. I'm 26 years old. I will be going to jogging regularly. But fat is getting accommodated at both side.what should i do? please advice

For weight loss you have to consume less calorie than your daily requirement. Exercise alone is not sufficient you have to take care of your diet first. E. G. If you are doing 1 hour brisk walk you will burn 250 kcal but single package of chips contain kcal. So to decrease weight you require individual diet and exercise schedule.
