If you are trying to get protein from vegetable then have mushroom, tofu, soy milk, soybean, soy product, cottage cheese, peas, peanut butter, almond, yogurt. You can use whey protein as a protein source. Animal protein is good protein source but there is no side effects if you use vegetable protein source.
