My resting heart rate is 53-56 as measured by Fitbit device and I have verified it with a blood pressure monitor too. I am a 24 year old male, 5'10 height, 85 kg weight. I am a software engineer and I have a sedentary life style, although I play sports for around 5 hours a week, with moderate amount of walking too. I am unable to understand why my resting heart rate is so low. Moreover, my heart rate has fallen from 61 to 53-56 range since I bought the Fitbit device.
