Needing advice! for a year now I have been severely struggling with weight loss. I am female, 25 and 10 kg over my usual weight. I have always been a very active person and never had issues before. I have been obsessively weighing and measuring everything I eat and I have not lost any weight. I am constantly bloated, very rarely hungry and have had very irregular periods (sometimes up to 4 months apart). These are the results of recent blood test results that I took which I don?t know if there are any anomalies cortisol 392 nmol/l fasting insulin 6.7 mu/l thyroid free t4 13.5 pmol/l tsh 3.4 miu/l free t3 5.3 any advice or help is greatly appreciated!

Hi lybrate-user welcome to Lybrate I did not understand about '10 kg over my usual weight' what was your usual weight? Did you gain 10 kg suddenly--time taken for 10 kg weight gain? You have been trying to lose weight? For how long? Are you dieting? For how long? Understand that you should aim to be healthy person first without obsessively worrying about weigt loss. Aim should be slow weight loss over a period of time. If you aim quick weight loss it will end up in health problems --- understand that health issue like this needs diet changes and life style modifications--needs disscussion- plan for a chat consultation for doing the needful.
