I am very underweight and can see my kneecaps. For the past few months, I have been feeling my throat tighten up, excessive belching, and feel like I also have sensitive gag reflex. Sometimes my palm gets sweaty and my neck will feel very hot. My mouth dries rather quickly and I mostly drink fluids like fruit drinks and applesauce and yogurt, sometimes milk to make sure at least something in my stomach. I feel very uncomfortable. I have been drinking a spoonful of apple cider vinegar with water and it helps some and also mint. I don’t know if I have acid reflux but it’s horrible living like this. Mornings also happen to be the worst.
