Sir, I have a problem in doing sex, whenever I am doing sex then there is quick fall within 20 to 30 second. Is that the reason for my wife can't get pregnant? Please suggest me, actually I am married since 04 year's but still there is no result of baby.

If you are not able to ejaculate in vagina, or premature ejaculation is there then it is a problem. If you are not able to conceive baby after 4 years of trying then get yourselves tested thoroughly. Get all the basic tests done required for infertility i. E. For wife: amh lh fsh tsh prolactin usg for antral follicle count for husband: semen analysis. And get back with the reports so that can help you further.
