Hello doctor, from last month i'm experiencing fullness in my left ear also a buzzing sound on my left ear the main problem is when I hold phone and keep it on my right ear there are spasms and pounding sound in the left ear. Jab right ear pe phone laga kar baat karti hu to left ear me uneasiness and spasm feel ho raha hai. Es it minor disease? And one more thing when I try to sleep main kuchh 12-15 min ke andar need khul jaa rahi hai aur right hand me shakiness ho rahi hai aur ghabrahat bhi ho rahi hai. Jo lagbhag 10-12 min tak rehti hai aur dobara sone par fir nahi hoti.
