Hi, Am 5' 10" tall, aged 57 years, always been heavily built, played lots of game all through out my life, even now play about 10 holes in Golf (2. 75 Km walk and body movement exercise ) 4 times a week. I weigh 106 KG, muscles shrinking tummy bulge (specially when shoulder/arms and thigh muscles are reducing)(44 for a very long time) am diabetic on (Metformin) Jenumet 50/1000 I wish to reduce weight, am aware of oil/ ghee butter cheese and red meat sugar and sugerish fruits, but not able to reduce at all. Usually have back ache also now a days. Please advice,
