I am 19 years old female. My problem is I am highly over thinking and imagining everything in a negative way and getting highly angry. This spoils my peace. I need help. I underestimate myself sometimes. Please help me.

You should definately go for yoga and pranayam it will help you a lot. Also take healthy food and be positive. Ayurvedic drugs are there which can calm down you.
