Hi sir I am 19 year old and I have a doubt that when my penis is erect I try to pull back my foreskin but it easily don't pull back. I had to slowly try to pull it back and once it pull back it hurts and when I try to bring in its original position then the foreskin gets rolled so I want to ask is it normal at this age or not?
