I am 29 years old married woman with 2 kids. Recently I had my periods which began on march 4th and ended on 8th but even now I have reddish brown spotting along with cramps and back pain. Also feel tired. I have pcod and did tubectomy 5 years back. Can I know the possible cause for this spotting.
