Does horlicks helps to gain weight? Like if I drink 2 teaspoon in 250 ml milk daily will it help to gain weight?

Milk is good source of protein and protein is must for body building. You can drink milk plain or if you want you can add some flavour in milk. But with this milk you have to take care of your other diet also. To gain weight you should consume more energy and protein than your daily requirement. That can happen only with proper diet management under consultant supervision only.
