Diet can increase memory potential ? I don't think so. There is no such well established proven scientific studies in support of any particular foods. There are few anecdotal reports that Turmeric and herbs like Ginkogo Biloba are beneficial for memory.

None I know of. I think you are looking for an easy way out. Don't do that. Make an effort in the beginning and later it will become a habit that won't go away that easily. Memory exercises have already been explained in my earlier responses. Please read them and imbibe some for your immediate benefit. You stand to lose too much with poor memory. A good memory bank will make you smart and your responses will be prompt and true. This will impress anyone around you, and especially at work. Stress is the primary distraction.
