My chicks and my chin are bulged I have to decrease my face what can I do because some of my friends are telling to decrease it please suggest me to decrease.

Hi - I think you are have habits of out side, junk, fast foods. Improper or irregularities of sleeping. You are gaining extra visceral fats at face, belly, hips like other also. Face is more for you. So lead a well deciplined life styles, more working, go for more fibre based foods, brown rice, brown breads, whole wheat chapati, roti pulses, seeds, greens, leafy vegetables etc. Early morning free hand exercises better. Tight sleep from 10.30pm to 6am.
