Hi to reduce extra body weight avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Don't take ghee, butter, unprocessed cheese, cream etc. Eat whole fruits, vegetables, whole wheat, brown rice, brown bread, oats etc. Eat food in small amount but don't skip meals. Eat protein foods like soy products, soy milk, tofu, cottage cheese, peanuts, peas, paneer etc. Use skimmed milk. Drink water 3lit/day but not during meals. Take quality sleep ans lead a stress free life.
