Hello there, i'm having pain in my lower biceps part since I kinda took it too far with the biceps curls. I took 2 kg more than the last month, but when I want to stretch my arm I feel big pain there. Especially if I didn't stretch them for a while. It feels like the lower part of my biceps became shorter or something like that. I don't really know what to do or how to eat. Thank you in advance.
