My sister got braces treatment, for the treatment they extracted 4 canines, lower jaw tooth spaces are covered but upper jaw tooth has remained with spaces on two sides in the canines place with 100% deep bite, how to fill the places as there is no place for implant can we proceed with bridges? Is bridge possible from lateral incisor to premolar as there is no canine on both the sides? I need suggestions my gratitude to everyone.

Dear lybrate-user, this case does sound a little complicated, why do you say 100 % deep bite, if it is so it should be corrected by an orthodontist by opening the bite. Also if there is spacing in the canine region it should be addressed, now a days lot of cosmetic treatment options are available, like veneers that need lesser shaping than a bridge would need so no need to go for a bridge. But before starting any treatment your sister needs complete bite analysis by an orthodontist or a prosthodontist (braces specialist or crown and bridge specialist) bite analysis and study models will make it easier for the doctor and you to understand the situation and plan the best treatment accordingly.
