Sir my mother is kidney. She had donated her kidney 5.5 month before. She has pain in throat. Our physician suggested nicip-mr which contain nimesulide 100 mg paracetamol 175 mg chlorzoxazone 375 mg. Does this drug is safe for him. Because it's pain killer. Sir please advice me.
