Good morning, my name is dharani kumar I am 24 years old suffering from psoriasis since 15 yrs, regularly consult my physician now I am using oral medicines folitrax 7.5 mg every Saturday night, folvite 5 mg every day night except Saturday & topical medicines daily applying sorvate c, past I used momate s, calpsor c, sorifix ointments but the main problems now I am facing is stretch marks on skin, like acne or pimples, blisters on chest back, hands, legs unable to go for work. So is there any alternate for this to avoid side effects blisters, acne or pimples on chest back, legs, hands ? or it's good to take biological medicines like injections? highly appreciated for you r response thanking you.

Stretch marks and acne are due to long term steroid use. Blisters also due to long term topical steroid as it cause fragile and thining of skin. So use steroid spareing agents instead of steroids like Clobetasol, Momatasone etc
