I forget things continuously. I can't concentrate on anything. I get easily distracted. I was not like this always. I used be a very quick learner and smart. I have observed I am becoming dim-witted and more and more anxious day by day. I am becoming afraid of small things literally anything and everything and everyone. Am I just stressed or there is something wrong with me?
